Interview with Eric Schmidt - Google CEO

I just watched an interesting video interview with Google CEO Eric Schmidt. It's a short one and absolutely worth it. He highlights the way they manage creativity throughout their organization. And they have this 20% rule whereby they encourage all engineers to spend 20% of their times on their own ideas. It seems lots of their recent successful projects were built accordingly. Would it be possible to have a local/regional company that has a similar attitude? If you know of one then drop me a line. I'll apply for a job immediately :)
